Before launching Elucid8, John founded a municipal digital transformation program with the Association of Washington Cities, built a data visualization consulting practice, and served as the Director of Business Development for FLO Analytics, a geospatial data analytics firm that works exclusively with state, local government, and K-12 education clients.
