FOUNDER/CEO
John has been working at the intersection of business development, tech, and government for nearly twenty years. He has led several SLED market penetration campaigns and managed high-stakes technical projects for government clients. Past clients include the County of San Diego, the City of New Orleans, the School District of Philadelphia, the Washington State Department of Ecology, and the Fresno Irrigation District.

Kelly McGary
BUDGET & FINANCE ADVISOR
Kelly is an accomplished municipal finance professional and entrepreneur. She served as a senior management analyst for the City of Fremont, California, prior to joining Standard & Poor’s as a public finance analyst. Kelly then joined Fitch Ratings’ public finance leadership team, where she oversaw all tax-supported bond ratings in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions of the United States. In recent years, Kelly founded the Tampa Lunch Company, serving millions of meals to public and private schools in the Tampa Bay region. In 2021, the Superintendent of Hillsborough County Schools appointed Kelly as his representative to the Finance Advisory Committee.
